JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Gold Plated-

To keep gold plated jewelry looking brand new, we suggest you wipe it with a damp microfibre after each wear. This will remove any dirt, gold plating is sensitive to water, we recommend you keep it dry and away from any skincare product. Do not spray on perfumes or other sprays and wait until your lotion or cream is fully absorbed before you wear your piece. 

Stainless Steel- 

Caring for stainless steel jewelry is relatively easy and requires minimal effort. To keep your stainless steel jewelry looking its best, you should regularly clean it to remove any dirt or oils. Use a mild soap or dishwashing liquid and warm water to clean the jewelry, and then rinse it thoroughly. Avoid using rough or abrasive materials that could scratch the surface. Once cleaned, dry the jewelry with a soft cloth or towel to prevent water spots. When storing stainless steel jewelry, keep it in a separate compartment or pouch to avoid scratches from other items. Finally, avoid exposing the jewelry to harsh chemicals, such as chlorine or bleach, as they can cause damage to the metal. Inlay Jewelry-

It is recommended that you remove your inlay jewelry before washing dishes, bathing or working with your hands. Also avoid exposing your inlay  jewelry to lotion, chemicals or extreme temperature changes and prolonged exposure to water.

Fashion Jewelry and Metals-

• Substances like oil, nail polish, nail polish remover, chlorine, perfume and the like may react with metal/plated jewelry. This also goes with sweat, so make sure you don’t forget to remove your jewelry when you exercise or swimming.

• Keep dry.

• To avoid scratches, wrap your jewelry in a soft cloth  or keep it in a jewelry box separate from other types of jewelry you have.

Sterling Silver-

Regular cleaning with a soft cloth and mild soap will keep your sterling silver shining. The best way to store your sterling silver jewelry is in an airtight container lined with a soft material such as cotton balls or a jewelry polishing cloth to help prevent scratching. You should also check your sterling silver jewelry periodically for discoloration or tarnish and use a polishing cloth or polish as needed to maintain its shine.
